Register your store or business with Bangalla to become a wholesale member store. Simply go to our JOIN Now page and complete the form. To obtain immediate access to wholesale prices and ordering you will need to provide a valid resale certificate number or EIN.
During registering you will be required to enter a valid email address (this will be your username) and a unqiue password. You will need these to access our secure wholesale order processing system.
Q: I don't have a store and am just interested in buying retail?
If you don't have a store but are just interested in reveiwing the products we have on offer, then simply register using our form and select retail member at Customer Type prompt. Please note that registering as a retail member will only allow you to see retail prices and full sales tax may apply on any purchase.
Q: Are there fees to join Bangalla as a wholesale account?
There are no joining fees or monthly fees. You only pay when you order product for shipment to your store.
Q: Why do you need a resale certificate number of valid EIN?
Most states require businesses providing sales tax exempt product to verify that the receiver of the goods is a valid entity and has the intention of reselling them. Without this Bangalla may be required to charge sales tax.
You must provide a valid Federal EIN or state resale certificate identifier to access the wholesale system. This code ensures that sales tax calculations are correctly applied and that wholesale prices are visible.
Post registration please fax or mail in a valid resale certificate to ensure no sale tax charging.
Q: We are a school or charity and don't have a resale certificate number?

Yes, in your account profile you will be able to add or modify shipping addresses to meet your needs.
Q: Is there a minimum wholesale order level?
You can order as little or as much product as your store needs subject to a minimum order of $100 on a combined product order. Place orders for immediate delivery or in the future. Mix'n match orders to try new lines.
Please note that some manufacturers do require you order a minimum number of a certain product and these are identified in the product fields.
Q: What payment terms do you have?
Payment by credit card (visa, mastercard, discover, Amex), paypal, or provide trade references to obtain 30 day terms.
Q: Can I obtain discounts on wholesale prices?

Q: How are your shipping charges determined?
We use real time rates directly from UPS and USPS. These rates will vary based upon your order weight, location, and shipping speed.
In some circumstances, product may be shipped from different manuafcaturers thus resulting in a slightly higher shipping charge. This charge is typically lower than if you ordered directly from each manufacturer.
