Product Ordering
Members are responsible and liable for all orders placed using their secure username and password. Product will be shipped based upon the shipping details that are established in your account or to a multiple store location if this has been setup within your user profile.
All orders must be for a minimum of $100. This $100 minimum may consist of any number or combination of various products. Shipping charges are determined in addition to product charges.
All prices shown in the wholesale system are wholesale prices. Sales tax will not be charged providing that a resale certificate number or valid EIN is on file with Bangalla. Resale certificate numbers or EIN numbers may be added to your account at any time through the users account profile section. Where sales tax has been charged, then Bangalla will refund any such sales tax on receipt of a valid resale certficate number.
Shipping Policy
Bangalla shipping rates are based upon actual real time rates from UPS and USPS computer systems and are calculated based upon weight, location, and your requested shipment speed. Higher rates apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations.
Bangalla facilitates orders on your behalf from various manufacturers across the US. In some instances products within any order may be shipped to you direct from multiple manufacturers. Accordingly, this may result is slightly higher freight charges than from a single source location. These shipping charges are still lower than if you ordered direct from each manufacturer.
We ask for a Ship To Phone Number because our shippers require us to supply that information with every shipped package. Shippers use that information only when absolutely necessary to complete delivery.
Product Returns - Exchanges
Bangalla accepts the return or exchange of product within the first 30 days of purchase and only where product is unopened or unused. Refunds will be provided on product receipt. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Payment Terms
Wholesale orders may be paid using credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discovery), paypal or on 30 day terms for approved accounts.
To request consideration for 30 day approval please fax your business trade references to Bangalla at 1(425) 369-0201. If approval is granted then all orders are required to be paid under 30 day terms. If payment has not been received then Bangalla reserves the right to charge late fees equal to 2% of the total amount outstanding for each month.
